IT Recruiter / People operations manager

We are currently looking for a People Operations Manager in The Netherlands. The position allows for remote work with regular visits to our Gouda or Venlo office. We also encourage part-timers (min. 20 hours/week) to apply. Will you help us grow our team?

what will you do?

  • Take the lead in active sourcing and find new candidates for the IT/Logistics positions mainly for our offices in The Netherlands

  • Be the first point of contact and ensure an outstanding candidate journey

  • Conduct telephone, video and face to face interviews, prepare offers and contract drafts

  • Arrange employee onboarding

  • Help with our HR Marketing initiatives and HR administration

  • Represent Starware in networking events and career fairs

What skills do you need?

  • University degree in HR Management or related field preferred

  • First experience in active sourcing and recruiting, ideally for logistics and/or IT positions

  • Full professional command of English in written and verbal communication

  • Self-driven personality and a good team player

  • Interested to deep dive into the world of logistics and technology




that would be nice to have...

  • Dutch language skills
  • Knowledge about the Dutch labour law
  • Experience with remote working in an intercultural environment
  • Experience with HR Marketing and content creation
